Important: Actual Hours = real hours worked/training/admin. Paid Hours = hours to be paid in payroll. For AEWV or guaranteed-hours staff, do not overstate actual work. If paid hours are higher than actual hours, record the correct reason such as Paid No Work Available, Training, Annual Leave, or Public Holiday.
